(b) Your location information and your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) location information whenever you log in to your account through the Droples app on a mobile device, as collected and sent by the Droples app, and associate such information with your registered account.
(c) In association with your account, location information about your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) is gathered and sent through other Droples users' mobile devices with an installed and activated Droples app. These users will not have access to this information. We will also collect location information about other users' Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) tracked and transmitted to our system by the Droples app on your mobile device when the Droples app is activated.
(d) Information about your usage of our services. This includes information collected by making use of third party web analysis tools, such as your frequency and scope of your use of the services, your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, related sites you visit, related content that you use, advertisements that you view or click on, information about the mobile device on which you have installed the Droples app, and the geographic location of the computer system or device that you are using to log on to our services or related information on the network resources that your devices may be using when interacting with the Droples system.
(e) Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters including your name and email address. Further in interaction with social network when using Droples Services, information that may be made available through your social network account.
(f) Information relating to any purchases you make of our goods and services including periodic transactions through Droples premium services or any other transactions that you enter into through our website including your name, address, telephone number and email address. No credit card numbers are stored on our servers. (See 3.6)
(g) Information that you post to our website for publication on the internet including your user name, your profile pictures and the content of your posts.
(h) Information contained in or relating to any communications that you send to us or send through our website including the communication content and meta data associated with the communication.
(i) Any other personal information that you choose to send to us or actively provide through our support or service resources.

This includes using your location information of your mobile device associated to a Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) of another user.
(c) provide you with our location based services, assisting you track your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) which are in reach of your mobile device by storing and otherwise make available the last known position of your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s), and/or to communicate to you the location of your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) in reach of other users mobile devices. This includes using your location information and your Droples tag(s)/Drop(s) location information.
(d) provide you with support and handle service and support requests.
(e) create anonymous statistical and/or aggregated data and reports limited to data that does not enable the identification of a specific user, based on location information, website activities, mobile app usage.
(f) send statements, invoices and payment reminders to you, and collect payments from you.
(g) prevent fraud, infringements and other illegal activities and misuse of the Services.
(h) send you our email newsletter, if you have requested it (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require the newsletter)
(i) send you updates, marketing communications and/or other notifications relating to our Services which we think may be of interest to you by email or similar technology (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications)
(j) send you purchased Droples tag(s)/Drop(s).
(k) deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to our website.
(l) invoice you periodically if you are a premium subscriber.
3.3 If you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant to us.
3.4 We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party's direct marketing.

All transaction information, including periodic transaction information for our premium services, is handled through our payment service provider only. We will share personal information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

Any integration approved by you between Services account and the social networks of your choice including signing into the Services by using your social network account means that you will share information (including personal information) between the Services and such social networks.
In case of any connection between Services and any of your social network account, you will be asked to approve/permit the social network to share your personal information stored on the related social network with the Services.
Transaction of your information from your social network account to the Services will always be in accordance with your privacy settings set by you under your social network accounts.
